While we support over 600 employees in both the U.S. and Canada, our responsibilities include: Recruiting, Hiring, Employee Compensation, Policy Development, Position and Job Classification, Personnel and Records Maintenance, Payroll, Payroll and Employee Reporting, Performance Appraisal Review and Processing, Employee Assistance Referral, Worker’s Compensation, Safety, Wellness, and Benefits (including health care insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement, and profit sharing).

 Chuck has been with Wikoff Color Corp since February 2005. His primary responsibilities include: recruiting, hiring, compensation, payroll, benefit administration, employee relations, and conflict resolution – and that’s just on Mondays.
When Chuck is not at work, he enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team, watching football (especially the Auburn Tigers) and spending time with friends and family.
 
Robin joined Wikoff Color Corp in November 2000. Her primary responsibilities include processing weekly and monthly payroll, create and process multiple payroll and employee reports, processing and administering benefits.
In Robin’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her 1 year old Grandson, gardening and traveling to the mountains.
 
Jody’s employment with Wikoff Color Corp began in January 2006. Her responsibilities include payroll and benefit support, creating and processing payroll and employee reports, administering Paid Days Off (PDO) for all employees and branches, filing worker’s compensation claims, Co-Chairing United Way annual campaign. Jody enjoys spending time with her family when away from work, as well as gardening, golfing and going to the beach.
