Geoff Peters is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer for Wikoff Color Corporation. Prior to being named to that position he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from August 2007 to August 2010. Geoff also served as Wikoff Color’s Vice President – Operations & Technology from September 2006, when he joined the company, until August 2007. He earned a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University.

Daryl Collins is the Vice President of International business for Wikoff Color Corporation. He joined the company in 1997 and has held a Vice President position since May 2001. Daryl is responsible for the overall management of Wikoff’s sales and operations outside the US and Canada. He also oversees the management of Wikoff's label market efforts globally. Daryl earned a B.S. in Biology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Greg is the Vice President of Sales & Operations at Wikoff Color. He is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, and works closely with Regional Managers to ensure the Wikoff Color level of service and quality are upheld at the local level. Greg joined the company in 1989 and gained valuable experience in operations, sales management and technical service, which has given him the ability to successfully interface with customers at every level of their organization. Greg earned a BS in Graphic Communications from Clemson University.

Martin Iles is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Wikoff Color Corporation. In this position, Martin is responsible for overseeing Wikoff’s Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology departments. Martin was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in Australia.

Evan Benbow is the Vice President of Product Technology & Solutions at Wikoff Color Corporation. He took over this position in November 2020 after gaining extensive product knowledge as the Director of Research and Development for inks and coatings. Evan is responsible for the oversight of the Wikoff Technical Solutions Group, Wikoff Digital and the Corporate Technical Center.  Prior to joining Wikoff, Evan worked with exotic energy storage technologies for automotive and grid storage applications. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Iowa State University in 2003 and obtained his Ph.D. at Florida State University in Inorganic Chemistry, specializing in metal alloys with exotic magnetic properties.

Chuck Forbes is the Director of Human Resources for Wikoff Color Corporation. He began his career in Human Resources with Burlington Industries (a former textile company located in Greensboro, NC) in 1987. Over a ten year period with Burlington he worked in Human Resources and Manufacturing at four of the company’s locations. He continued his career in Human Resources with Sara Lee Corporation until joining Wikoff Color in 2005. In 1987, Chuck received a B.S. in Marketing and Management from Jacksonville State University.

Jackie Gruber is the Director of Information Technology for Wikoff Color Corporation.  She joined Wikoff in 2009 and is responsible for the development, implementation, and use of technology.  She earned both a B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Ken Klug is the Director of Purchasing for Wikoff Color Corporation. Ken joined Wikoff in 2007. He is currently responsible for developing and managing sourcing strategies that leverage corporate purchases and reduce the company’s total cost. Ken earned a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of South Carolina, Columbia.

Sara (Missy) Gieselmann is the Director, Continual Improvement for Wikoff Color Corporation. Missy joined Wikoff in 1990, spending her first 10 years in the Fort Mill, SC manufacturing plant as the Quality Manager where she was instrumental in establishing a quality management system and gaining ISO registration. In 1999, she transferred to a corporate position in the Center for Continual Improvement (CCI) and since 2006, she has managed the department. Missy is responsible for Training, Safety, Quality, Lean and Six Sigma activities. She is a six sigma black belt and an American Society for Quality (ASQ) certified quality auditor. She currently serves on the steering committee for the Metrolina Lean Alliance, and on the board of a Carolina-based Continuous Improvement Council. She was on the advisory committee for the PIA Continuous Improvement Conference from 2010-2013 and Missy also served on the Leadership Board of the Charlotte ASQ from 2004-2012.

John Pettus is the Director of Marketing & Corporate Accounts for Wikoff Color. Prior to his role in corporate services, he served as a sales representative for the Charlotte, NC manufacturing site. His territory included South Carolina and areas of North Carolina and Georgia. John has extensive training in offset lithography, flexography and rotogravure. John's experience makes him very knowledgeable in oil-based, energy-cure, water-based and solvent-based ink and coating technologies. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University.

Joined Wikoff Color Corporation in 1992. During his tenure with Wikoff Beau has held positions in production, plant QC and Color Matching Labs, Technical Service, Sales, and Plant Management. Beau's areas of specialty run the gamut from energy cured systems to sheet fed and web lithographic systems to water-based, energy curable, and solvent flexography and gravure. He is also a G7® Expert and Six Sigma Green Belt. Beau leads Wikoff Technical Solutions, the Wikoff Color division devoted to troubleshooting, training, consulting and application testing of new products.

Joe Lyons is the East Coast Manager for Wikoff Color Corporation. He was appointed to this position in April 2007 and given the responsibility of ensuring the financial well being of the Wikoff manufacturing facilities in Charlotte, NC; Greensboro, NC; Richmond, VA; Philadelphia, PA and Hudson, NH. In 2013 Joe was also given responsibility for three plants in the Southeast Region which include Stone Mountain, GA; Tampa, FL; and Nashville, TN. He began his ink career in sales at Wikoff’s Stone Mountain, GA plant in 1985. When Joe was given the opportunity to develop Florida’s West Coast business (primarily the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater market), he transferred to Jacksonville, FL. In 1988, he was instrumental in opening WCC’s Tampa plant. Joe successfully managed the plant for the next ten years and saw Wikoff become the leading supplier of inks and coatings to quality printers in the region. In April 1999, Joe transferred to the Northeast as Regional Sales Manager and in June of 2001, he was promoted to Northeast Regional Manager. Joe attended Georgia State University.

Bowman Shaw is Wikoff Color Corporation’s North Regional Manager. He began his career with Wikoff at the company’s Omaha, Nebraska plant in July of 1981 where he worked in all areas of production (lab, quality control and as production manager). Bowman worked as a sales representative for the company before being named manager of the Omaha plant in 1986. During his tenure with Wikoff, Bowman has been instrumental in opening Wikoff manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Chicago, Illinois; his current location. Bowman attended Creighton University in Omaha and majored in Health Sciences.

Ben Price manages Wikoff Color Corporation’s West Region which includes manufacturing branches in Grand Prairie, TX; Conway, AR; Memphis, TN; Sacramento, CA. Ben is based in Grand Prairie, TX and has been in his current role since June, 2014. Ben joined Wikoff in 2003 and spent his first five years with the company in Sales and Marketing. During this time, he was responsible for corporate sales contracts, pricing coordination and the company’s promotional activities. In 2009, Ben accepted the position of Corporate Purchasing Director. In this role, he developed and managed sourcing strategies to leverage corporate spending and reduce the company’s total cost. Originally from North Augusta, SC, Ben earned a BS in Graphic Communications and an MBA from Clemson University.

Martin Hambrock is Vice President of Flexible Packaging for Wikoff Color Corporation. Throughout his career with Wikoff, Martin has held several regional management positions and continues to share his extensive knowledge in his new specialized role. Martin joined Wikoff Color Corporation in August 2005 through Wikoff’s purchase of Frontier Printing Inks a specialty ink company focusing on performance based flexible packaging inks.

Martin attended Clarkson College in upstate New York -- majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry. In his 30 years in the industry, Martin has been directly involved with product development, technical support, manufacturing as well as sales and marketing activities for a wide range of printing inks & coatings. Through the years, Martin has held a number of senior positions –including Technical Service Manager, Technical Director, VP and President of Frontier Printing Inks prior to its acquisition by Wikoff Color Corporation. Along with his business management skills, Martin has a strong technical background in flexible packaging inks and was instrumental in the growth and success of Frontier Printing Inks.

Martin is a native of Toronto, ON; has spent time in Europe, attended college and lived in the United States for extended periods.

Daniel Cavalcanti is the Regional Manager for Latin America at Wikoff Color Corporation, based out of the Fort Mill, South Carolina Corporate Office. Daniel’s responsibilities within the wide-ranging region will be to develop, implement and/or oversee short and long term strategic company goals, while ensuring the financial stability of Wikoff’s distribution and manufacturing locations.

Beginning his Wikoff career in 2011, Daniel was the International Sales Manager and was tasked with maintaining existing business relationships outside of the USA, as well as developing and managing new accounts and distributors within key international markets.

Chris Blackburn is the Atlantic Coast Regional Manager at Wikoff Color Corporation. In this role he is responsible for manufacturing locations in Greensboro, NC; Richmond, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; and Teterboro, NJ. Chris was promoted to this management position after serving as the District Manager over Greensboro, NC and Richmond, VA for several years. He has been in the printing inks and coating industry since 1984. Chris has held several roles in sales and management during his career: in-plant manager of a flexo operation, regional technical manager, national accounts technical manager, plant manager and packaging manager.

Chris’s specialty areas run the gamut of conventional and energy curable ink systems to aqueous and UV coatings. He enjoys using hands-on approach to assist customers in developing new techniques.

Mike Slaughter is the Midwest Regional Manager at Wikoff Color Corporation and is responsible for manufacturing facilities in Minneapolis, MN; Omaha, NE; St. Louis, MO; and Shelbyville, KY. Prior to his regional role, Mike was the District Manager for Wikoff Color’s Minneapolis, MN and Omaha, NE branch plants. He has been with the company since early 2001. He came to Wikoff with a flexographic printing background – spending eight years in production and management.

Mike attended the University of North Dakota where he pursued a major in business. He also attended St. Paul Technical College. Over the years Mike has received course certification in flexography, lithography, and energy curable ink applications.

Jim Leitch is the Vice President Regional Operations and Business Development for Wikoff Color Corporation.  He joined Wikoff in September 2018 as part of the acquisition of The Braden Sutphin Ink Company.  Jim was the CEO & Treasurer of Braden Sutphin.  At Wikoff, Jim is responsible for the Great Lakes Region which includes branch facilities and customer relations within Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania and Northern Indiana.  Jim earned his B.S in Accounting at Ashland University and an MBA from Miami (Oh) University.

Patrick Roach is the Regional Manager of Lottery & Security Operations, responsible for supporting Wikoff Color's global lottery business out of the company’s Alpharetta, GA location. He previously served as a Branch Manager for the Stone Mountain, GA manufacturing site. Patrick joined the company in 1990, working in sales with a primary focus in the sheetfed commercial printing and folding carton markets. From there he advanced technically and became a resource for his customers in the pressroom. In 2004 Patrick played a key role in helping Wikoff Color enter into the security coating market. Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Georgia.

Warren Catchpole is Director of Digital Solutions for Wikoff Digital. With over 25 years of experience in the digital inkjet industry, Warren brings a wealth of knowledge to the Wikoff Digital team. Prior to joining Wikoff, Warren worked for a large digital technology company. In that capacity, he was responsible for digital inkjet product lines and developing new digital inkjet markets. His experience extends to digital growth markets such as direct mail printing, package coding and variable data printing. Warren holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Portland.
