Wikoff’s IMT program was created to identify and develop future leaders for the company. This program allows new graduates to learn the in's and out's of our business from all sides by exposing you to a variety of on-the-job experiences and training opportunities. Over the course of the development program, you will have opportunity to build relationships with employee-owners throughout the company while directly contributing to our innovative culture.



Make real contributions and lasting impressions in our team-oriented atmosphere during a summer or semester long internship. Forget coffee runs and making copies. We want your input, your opinions, your perspective. We encourage you to grow with us and gain practical experience in various segments of the Graphic Arts industry.
